Journal Scope
Define the journal's aims, scope, subject areas, and research disciplines accepted for publication.
The journal scope is one of the most important configurations because it is used by the AI-powered Out-of-Scope (OOS) Checker.
When an author submits a manuscript, the system compares the manuscript's abstract against the configured journal scope using AI

This enables Kryoni JMS to:
- Identify submissions outside the journal's scope.
- Reduce unnecessary editorial screening.
- Improve submission quality.
- Save valuable editorial time.
- Help editors prioritize suitable manuscripts.
Recommendation: Provide a clear and comprehensive journal scope to improve the accuracy of AI-powered manuscript screening.
