Guidelines
Overview
The Guidelines section allows administrators to define the instructions and policies that authors and reviewers should follow throughout the manuscript submission and peer review process. Providing comprehensive and accessible guidelines helps ensure consistency, improves submission quality, and streamlines editorial workflows.
Administrators can either enter the guidelines directly into the editor or upload supporting documents that users can download and refer to whenever needed.
Maintaining clear and up-to-date guidelines enables authors to prepare manuscripts according to the journal's requirements and assists reviewers in conducting fair, consistent, and high-quality evaluations.
Author Guidelines
The Author Guidelines provide detailed instructions to help authors prepare and submit manuscripts that comply with the journal's editorial and publication standards.
Administrators can either:
- Enter the guidelines directly into the rich text editor, or
- Upload an Author Guidelines document for authors to download
Uploading an Author Guidelines Attachment
To upload an Author Guidelines document:

Click Attachment.

Select the appropriate document from your computer (such as PDF, DOC, or DOCX).

Upload the file.
Once uploaded, the document will be available to authors during the manuscript submission process, allowing them to review the journal's requirements before submitting their manuscripts.
Reviewer Guidelines
The Reviewer Guidelines provide reviewers with clear instructions on how to evaluate submitted manuscripts consistently and objectively.
Administrators can either:
- Enter the reviewer guidelines directly into the editor, or
- Upload a Reviewer Guidelines document.
Uploading a Reviewer Guidelines Attachment
To upload a Reviewer Guidelines document:
