The Letters History page provides a complete record of all email communications associated with a manuscript throughout its editorial and publishing lifecycle.
It captures both system-generated emails (automatically triggered by workflow events) and manually sent emails initiated by editorial users, ensuring a complete communication history for the submission.
The report includes the following information:
