Global Organizations Settings

Overview

The Global Organization Settings section provides centralized administration for your entire publishing organization within the Kryoni Journal Management System (JMS). These settings enable administrators to configure organization-wide preferences, manage users and permissions, oversee financial information, monitor system activities, and maintain operational consistency across all journals managed under the publishing house.

Unlike Journal Settings, which apply only to a specific journal, Global Organization Settings are applied across the entire organization. Any changes made in this section affect all journals, users, and workflows within the publishing house.

This centralized approach simplifies administration, strengthens security through role-based access control, and ensures consistent management of organizational resources and publishing operations.
