Publishing House Registration Process​

Introduction​

After successfully creating your Kryoni JMS account, the next step is to register your Publishing House. This is a mandatory step that establishes your organization within the Journal Management System (JMS) and enables you to manage journals, editorial teams, publishing workflows, and administrative settings from a centralized platform.

During this process, you will provide essential organizational information, including publisher details, contact information, mailing address, and billing address. This information is used throughout the system for communication, administration, invoicing, and journal management.

Once your Publishing House is registered, you can proceed with creating journals, assigning users, and configuring editorial workflows.

Publishing House Registration Process​

To register your Publishing House in Kryoni JMS, complete the following steps.

Step 1: Publisher Information​

Begin by providing the basic details of your publishing organization.

Publisher Name​

Enter the official name of your publishing house.

This name will be displayed throughout the system and used for journal branding, official communications, and administrative purposes.

Country​

Select the country where your publishing organization is legally registered from the dropdown list.

Time Zone​

Choose the appropriate Time Zone for your organization.

Step 2: Contact Information​

Provide the primary contact details for your publishing organization.

Enter the following information:

  • Contact Phone Number
  • Contact Email Address
  • Mobile number

Step 3: Mailing Address​

Enter the complete mailing address of your publishing house.

Include all relevant address information such as:

  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2 (Optional)
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Postal/ZIP Code 
  • Country

Step 4: Billing Address​

Provide the billing address used for invoices and financial communications.

Same as Mailing Address​

If your billing address is identical to your mailing address, simply select the Same as Mailing Address checkbox.

The system will automatically populate the billing address fields.

If your billing address is different, enter the complete billing address manually.

Review Your Information​

Before submitting the registration, carefully review all the information entered to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

Complete Registration​

Once all required information has been entered and verified, click Register Now.

Your Publishing House will be successfully registered and integrated into the Kryoni Journal Management System.

After registration, you can begin:

  • Creating journals
  • Configuring journal settings 
  • Inviting editors and reviewers
  • Managing users and roles
  • Customizing editorial workflows
  • Receiving manuscript submissions
  • Managing the complete publishing lifecycle from a centralized platform

Publishing House registration is a one-time setup process. However, organization details such as contact information and addresses can be updated later by authorized administrators through the Organization Settings section.
